Meet our Emcee for the day:
Tessa DiTirro
Tessa DiTirro is an Emmy Award–winning anchor and reporter at WEWS News Channel 5 in Cleveland, where she anchors Good Morning Cleveland on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

A proud Northeast Ohio native, Tessa is a graduate of Firestone High School (Akron School for the Arts) and The Ohio State University. She has spent more than a decade in television news, working as an anchor and reporter across Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan before returning home.
​
Service is deeply personal to Tessa. Both of her grandfathers are veterans—one who served in the U.S. Army, and the other a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel who flew bomber missions during World War II. Their legacy of service continues to inspire her commitment to community and country.

Tessa is honored to serve as today’s emcee and to stand with this extraordinary group of women ensuring that no veteran is ever forgotten, and no hero is ever laid to rest alone.
